"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Thanks for commenting on my page! What I mean by "my artwork was stolen" is that one of my friends took my drawing book. But I got it back! Thanks again!
You might want to try becoming more active in the community to get more page views and comments on your art...here are some ways:
-comment on others artwork
-checking out the forums
--the thumbshare forum is where people get together to comment on each others artwork.
-faving people's artwork when you feel necessary (but don't go overboard).
-the shoutbox to chat with people and make friends (can do so also in the forums).
any q's try checking out dev's new faq.(very handy)
